Free and Fast Shipping (we mean it) on all orders within New Zealand. We offer discounted shipping costs to all our other Global customers: Country pricing options are displayed in the cart section.
All our orders are shipped with minimum packaging and we use compostable or recycled packaging. we try very hard to keep waste to a minimum - I'm sure you appreciate this!
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not happy with your purchase within 60 days, let us know at info@oceanandgreen.co.nz or call us at +64 22 429 0597. We want our customers to be happy whether or not our products worked for you.
To return product, email us for a free return label. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once returns have been received, refunds may take up to 5 days to process. We are unable to refund shipping.
International refunds will only be credited for product costs. We are unable to refund shipping, duties and taxes.
